FAQs

Q: Do you offer tours of your farm?

A: Yes! Our tours operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are completely free of charge. No reservation is necessary. When you arrive, simply ask one of our retail staff for a tour, and they'll be happy to assist you. If you'd prefer to explore the farm at your own pace, you're welcome to do so, and we have QR codes in-store that you can scan to learn more about the farm independently. We also offer free samples of our coffee and teas. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! :)

Q: Do you offer coffee sampling?

A: Yes, we offer free coffee samples daily. We also have tea and chocolate samples! Typically sampling includes, our house blend, a dark roast blend, two flavored coffees, and two iced teas.

Q: Can I purchase coffee at a wholesale price?

A: No, we do not offer wholesale purchasing.

Q: Can I purchase green/un-roasted coffee beans?

A: No, we do not sell any green coffee beans, only roasted coffee beans.

Q: How often do you roast coffee?

A: We roast coffee every single day!

Q: Do you offer local, mainland, or international shipping?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide!

B: Yes, we offer international shipping! At checkout, you can enter your shipping address to receive an estimated cost. International orders are shipped through DHL and our largest box can accommodate up to 8 lbs of coffee. So many customers find that ordering in 8-lb increments helps with cost efficiency.  If you wish to order more than 8 lbs at once, you'll need to place multiple orders for our system to accurately calculate the shipping costs.

Please be aware that shipping costs may increase significantly for more rural addresses. If you need any further assistance, please let us know! :)

Q: How should I store my coffee?

A: We recommend storing coffee in an airtight bag/container in a cool dry place. Limiting the coffees exposure to oxygen will maintain it's quality for longer. We recommend that the coffee is consumed within 6 months for the optimal brew and taste.

Q: Can you grind my coffee? / How should I grind my coffee?

A: We can grind coffee that is purchased in store or online!

B: The grind is just as important as the coffee!
